A portfolio of rental properties located in some of Scotland's most desirable areas has been bought for over £70 million by a consortium led by the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor group.
It is understood that these luxury apartments attracted around a dozen bids when they were put on the market earlier this year.
David Sivewright, head of Grosvenor's Scottish office, said: "This is a significant deal which presents a unique opportunity to own some of Scotland's most desired residential properties. It comes at a time where there is a growing demand for high-quality lettings in prestigious city centre locations."
